JAYCEES: If your age is between 21-39 and you would be interested in improving your leadership skills, widening your circle of business contacts, and providing openhearted Christian service to the community, this is for you! The nationally known organization of Junior Chamber of Commerce (Jaycees) has a chapter in Daviess County. It includes all of the North Daviess Community of Odon, Plainville, and Elnora. Be a part of something good for you and good for our community, and have lots of fun at the same time! You can also visit the Indiana Jaycees Website and request more information.

LIONS CLUB: The Odon Lions Club has been active in the community for over seventy years. As a member of Lions International the club belongs to the world's largest service organization. We are always looking for new members and are eager to meet people who believe in the Lions' motto "We Serve". Odon Lions Club meets the first and third Tuesday of each month at 7 pm. MOORE LODGE #303 F&AM: Moore Lodge #303, Free & Accepted Masons is an organization made up of men 18 years or older, who have a desire to help their fellow man. Freemasonry is the largest fraternity in the world, with lodges located in many countries. Members contribute to the relief of others, and provide a retirement and nursing center for members. Freemasonry is essentially an education society, attempting to teach its members a moral philosophy of life. The Masonic organization also offers scholarships to students who are related to Master Masons. Moore Lodge #303 F&AM meets at 7:30pm on the first Wednesday of every month except July and August when the lodge is closed. Membership petitions can be obtained by asking any member of any lodge. The lodge is located on the corner of Main Street and Spring Street in Odon. Lodge officers are: Sean Roach, Worshipful Master; Bryan Jones, Senior Warden; and Matt Rollins, Junior Warden.

ORDER OF EASTERN STAR CHAPTER #341: Order of Eastern Star is an international and benevolent society composed of Masons and their close female relatives. The organization promotes charitable activities and distributes large sums of money for medical research and other worthy projects. The Eastern Star chapter located in Odon distributes scholarships to area students. The honorees do not have to have any affiliation whatsoever to apply. Applications for scholarships may be picked up from the Guidance Counselor at North Daviess High School. The Odon Chapter meets on the second Tuesday of the month at 7:30 pm. Chapter officers are: Angela Chestnut, Worthy Matron 812.636.4749; and Michael Roach, Worthy Patron 812.636.7595.

PSI IOTA XI, IOTA RHO: The local chapter of Psi Iota Xi, Iota Rho, was founded in June of 2003. Psi Iota Xi is a national philanthropic organization that was founded in Muncie, IN in 1897. The primary purpose of Psi Iota Xi is to be of service with time, money and love in a cooperative effort with the community. The Iota Rho Chapter serves the northern Daviess County community.
