 PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE STREETS

BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Odon, Daviess County, Indiana, as follows:

In the Town of Odon, Indiana, a person shall park a vehicle on the streets only if, after so parking, said vehicle does not obstruct the flow of traffic on the main traveled portion of said street, provided, that this shall not apply to vehicles which are disabled, and it is impossible to avoid temporarily so parking the disabled vehicle.

            Any person who violates this Ordinance shall upon conviction thereof be punished by a fine of not less than $1.00 nor more than $25.00.

Passed by the Board of Town Trustees of the Town of Odon, Daviess County, Indiana, this 12th day of December 1972.
